Before co-founding ebb studio, I (Katie) worked for 20+ years in multimedia at Harvard Business School (HBS). This case study, which I designed while part of a multimedia team at HBS in the early days of the Covid 19 pandemic, was made public so that other hospitals might learn from Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s example.
